    When someone you introduced goes ahead and engages us, you earn a bonus entry.

Entries are earned through the ways listed above, including a bonus entry when someone you introduced engages us. Entries close Friday 18 December 2026 and the winner is drawn on Saturday 19 December 2026 at 10am.

Terms and conditions

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Insight Property Specialists Pty Ltd, licence number 4886318 (Insight). Contact: info@insightprop.com.au.
  2. Who can enter. The giveaway is open to Insight clients of 2026 who are Australian residents aged 18 or over. Insight staff and their immediate families cannot enter. Referral partners of Insight, and the staff of those referral partners, are not eligible to enter.
  3. Entry period. Entries close at 5pm (Brisbane time) on Friday 18 December 2026.
  4. How to earn entries. One entry for a genuine Google review of Insight. One entry for each person you introduce to Insight, either using the form on this page or by email to info@insightprop.com.au, with valid contact information for that person. One bonus entry for each person you introduce who engages Insight before entries close. One entry for a post on Facebook or Instagram that tags Insight Property Specialists or Insight Property Bayside. Each person earns entries only for their own review, introductions and post.
  5. Genuine reviews. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Entries are not conditional on the review being positive. Insight may check reviews, introductions and posts, and may remove entries that are not genuine or do not meet these terms.
  6. Use of your name. Entry into the draw is subject to Insight using your name, including to announce the winner, in posts on its social media channels and in its email marketing. By entering you agree to this.
  7. The draw. The winner is drawn at random by Insight on Saturday 19 December 2026 at 10am (Brisbane time). Each entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
  8. Prize. One prize of $5,000 AUD cash. The prize is paid by bank transfer on Monday 21 December 2026 to the account the winner nominates. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  9. Notifying the winner. Insight will contact the winner by phone or email using the details held on file. If the winner cannot be contacted, Insight may draw another winner.
  10. Introductions and privacy. By submitting an introduction you confirm the person knows you are passing on their details and is happy for Insight to contact them. Insight uses their details only to contact them about property services, in line with its Privacy Policy.
  11. General. Insight may change or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its control require it, and will publish any change on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
