Over his real estate career he has purchased more than $100 million in property for clients. Before that, he spent more than a decade leading high-performing corporate sales teams.
That mix of commercial and financial experience shapes how he approaches every purchase, with a focus on strategy, data and a clear plan before any property is chosen. Max personally oversees every client’s strategy and negotiation.
Max has in depth experience buying throughout the Greater Brisbane Region, including Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and out to Toowoomba.

A proud Toowoomba local, Dylan has grown up surrounded by a large local family and strong community connections. Deeply involved in local football for over two decades and his knowledge of Toowoomba and the wider Darling Downs comes from living it, not just researching it. Dylan built his career in regional sales across the western corridor, giving him a strong feel for local markets, the people in them and what it takes to get a deal done.
He has a sharp eye for value-add properties where the right purchase can lift both rental returns and long-term capital growth. Dylan works closely with clients on investor strategy, making sure each purchase fits into a wider portfolio strategy built for the long term.
